in response to reader comment: Spiritual (Such as Prophetical) Things are Not Confined to Buildings Called Church

Here is a bell-ringer--the human condition is better today than anytime in history. Think about the medical advances that have been made. How about technological advances. The advent of the Enlightenment and reason winning against emotional doom and gloom religious prophecies throughout the ages.

Nope. I like my microwave, pool, computer, cell phone, and ability to think and speak without fear from our government unlike millions of others throughout the world. Oh, yes, I do not care for Nietzche nor Kant either. Recent history shows that it is usually free people who eventually win against totalitarianism.

Frankly, you are a Bible thumper, and tend to bore this secular feminist who understands that the Old Testament, and parts of the New Testament are misogynistic, just as the Qu'ran, Buddhism, Confusianism and so many other faiths tend to be.

I use to win Bibles as a child, and dislike much of what is incorporated within its pages.
