This was a quote from the original story. My comment was that the right beat them to it. Most of the right has been ignoring Obama taking out bin Ladin. Professor Pipes, as a commentator on extremist Islam, doesn't have that option. I was hoping it would take at least a week for politics as usual to come back, with each side waiting for the other to turn partisan. I was disappointed that Professor Pipes had to be one of the first.
