Fred, Legal or illegal - that depends on which side of the fence you're standing on. 250 years ago, George Washington was a patriot to the colonials, and a traitor to the Brtish. How do you see him.

If you feel that fighting terrorism wherever it is is wrong, then, yes, to you the war is illegal. Many of us don't feel that way. I personally feel that this was a long time coming, and not a moment too soon.
