Long term memory loss.

Reader comment on item: One Cheer for Obama's Arab-Israeli Policy

Submitted by Lynn (United States), Sep 29, 2009 at 09:34

Many in the world do not want to remember that Israel's long history of glory and suffering, triumph and defeat have been etched into the Middle East for thousands of years and many long centuries.

Since the Hebrew People escaped from slavery and began their journey to stand up their nation Israel, with a voice in their own destiny, just as many spent all their earthly treasure and heavenly souls in an attempt to wipe them and the memory of them from this earth and from our minds.

It is too late. We remember. We are a testimony to their existence in the Land of Israel. We know where they rested their souls and honor their Hashem. It is finished.
