Why the controversy, Are Muslims not tax payers. When the government spent over one billion pounds on the Millennium Dome did the muslim tax payer complain. How will it detract from the surroundings, In fact it will add value to the area. The Markaz will be funded by donations. Is it envy from the other faith that such a vast project is being designed funded and will be built by Muslim Faithfuls. Let the Markaz be, Inshallah it will be built.
