Reader comment on item: Zionism's Bleak Present

Submitted by housam jarrar (United States), Oct 11, 2007 at 01:28

i have to say as someone who certainly admires the achievements that israel has achieved and the prosperity that the people of israel have accomplished. with that being said i cannot believe you have fallen so behind on your understanding of the human condition..to generalize which i don't really like to do, indulgence produces a soft and brittle population.

i cannot imagine the word nationalism rhyming with a dolce fat free latte with soy milk. depravity produces a thirst for ones well being and a desire to eliminate any threat to that aspiration. i do agree that in term of the arabs, they brought it to themselves. but that doesnt change the fact that it is there....a constant threat or the illusion of one is what is required and frankly israel just doesnt have it anymore.

.Liberal ideologies have infested the west and israel to the point of madness. never in my wildest dream would i have imagined a gay parade in the most sacred city on earth and you know what, it happened. traditions are dying and families are falling apart. girls just want to have fun as a famous song once said and i don't think the guys are that far behind them....

the arabs might be misguided regarding many thing .but faith, family and tradition are not among them.it will be nice to hear mr.pipes say such a radical thing (compliment the arabs). but he knows and i know i'm right....survival of the fittest not the fattest....
