The reason there are at least this much comments regarding the topic is merely another fact people cannot differ feelings with facts. Surely every Greek wants to win a war against Turkey and vice versa, so...you pick those arguments (true or false, doesn't matter actually 'as long it gives you this satisfying feeling') to fund your theses. My point is, leave your subjective opinions behind and consider the facts.
In my view there will not be a war at all between Turkey and Greece.
But, hypothetically, if it would...the result is quite simple (if we only consider these both nations!):
In maximum 5 days Greece (nation) would capitulate while the Greek goverment would have already the second day. And if the conquered people start rebelling, we'll make sure they don't (and believe me there are a lot of solutions to that problem).
But again, in the conjuncture of today's variable world order a war between Turkey and Greece wouldn't benefit anyone, especially not those two nations at war.
