I was particularly interested in Dr. Pipes responses to the Congressional committee as well as earlier comments in an article about the Saudi Prince requesting that no women were allowed to be involved in his arrival at the airport.
I had understood from Fox news that all official sources said that it didn't happen. If it did, and it was covered up as Dr. Pipes indicates, then there should be an investigation. The event is trivial enough, but government officials shouldn't be allowed to lie with impunity.
Furthermore, the presentation of that evidence should have been a key part of Dr. Pipes assertion that the government is misrepresenting our relationship with the Saudis.
