Let me put it in clear words. The saudi Law prohibits any kidnapping of any kind. Indivisual actions does not represent the government policy. Saudi Arabia and its government are facing alot of challenges to cope with the internal and external conflicts. Yes it has some problems but we recognize them and the government is trying to create a better environment for everyone. and i don't think its fair for you to judge sitting so comfortably so far away. For all it takes kidnapping rates in the US is much higher than the one in Saudi. look at the stats. Its a beautufull country.
