Devastating but RefreshingReader comment on item: Hearing on "Should the United States Do More to Help U.S. Citizens Held against Their Will in Saudi Arabia?" Submitted by William J. Sturm (United States), Jun 14, 2002 at 07:15 These are priceless comments which reveal tremendous insights and you delivered it all in a very professional and coherent way. You even took the extra step of getting the correction on the organization discussed.Bravo! What do you think of our pulling out and getting 'off their holy soil'? These folks reluctantly accepted our assistance to win the Gulf War. But, afterwards I believe they wanted us to go home. I once thought we should do just that. But, now I am not sure. I guess we could turn the tables on them. We leave your "holy soil" and you leave ours! We trouble them with our freedoms. They trouble us with their terrorists. Bring the guys and gals home. We can use them in Homeland Defense and they can dress and worship as they please. We already have an Independence Day!
