Why are you surprised?

I can't understand why anyone is surprised that the FBI did not act properly against Muslim terrorists. After all, they didn't even classify the 'incident' at LAX as either 'terrorist' or a 'hate crime'. Also, if you check the FBI list of wanted terrorists, Yasser Arafat is not on the list! If that doesn't prove an anti-Israel bias, I don't know what would.
