Perhaps teaching at a liberal university might be a better career path?Reader comment on item: The FBI Fumbles [on Gamal Abdel-Hafiz] Submitted by Peter Florance (United States), Mar 14, 2003 at 10:24 Gamal Abdel-Hafiz should be toast as far as his FBI career is concerned. The last thing the FBI needs is selective loyalty. It's disturbing that it appears that Mr Abdel-Hafiz feels that it's immoral to record Muslims but ok to record non-Muslims (infidels). I would think if it's immoral for him to do that; it should not matter what the beliefs are of the person recorded. While it's certainly his right to have that belief, it speaks volumes of his views of non-Muslims and it doesn't fit in his role in law enforcement. Perhaps teaching at a liberal university might be a better career path? Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
