Dr.Pipes,

I was wondering if you think is really did win the Lebanon war. I ask this because I remember you wrote an article in the begining of this war titled "A war Israel must win".So could you please follow up on that.

Also do you think any Moslem country like Jordan ,Morocco or Pakistan should be allowed membership in NATO.Thanks .

Actually, that title was "Israel Has a War to Win."

I think Israel did very poorly in the war.

No Muslim country other than Turkey currently reaches the sort of political standards I would want to see NATO demand.
