Dr. Pipes,

if the world were to follow your recommendation regarding NATO, what International platform would be available for the likes of Hugo Chavez, Ahmadinejad and the deceased gun toting Yasser Arafat? And if another Khrushchev arose on the scene, where could he pound his shoe?
