Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I'll let this one of a mother (Reem Raiyshi) and her human-bomb-to-be do most of the talking.

We are not at war with a civilized people. We are at war with ruthless**, savage**, ghouls.

We must win, and win decisively. And we must never give the survivors any opportunity for homicidal/suicidal "self-determination:" none at all.
