Religion of oppression, violence and hatred

Hello All:

My name is demetrios, and i do believe from my research that islam is a religion that encourages oppression, violence and hatred. They speak to kill anyone who is not muslim. They talk about in the koran about the hatred for the Jews. They talk about Jihad and holy war= the sixth pillar of islam. I am sure that 99% of islam is good, there are finatics in all religions. I will say that the islamic people are a good people who love God very much. I remember hearing from some pakistani General and he said that they are not terrorists, this is part of our religion. I just wish that the good god fearing moslems would help and put their foot down and try to stamp out this extremism. It so confusing for me and most of the white world why they don't try to help.
