Daniel, could you one day address a more general issue - what is so badly wrong about UN with its not just 'miserable, miserable' but terrible record - Rwanda, Yugoslavia, Israel. Is the UN an implementation of a social utopian concept that inevitably goes through the common path ... Is it essentially undemocratic?
