Again, a clear example of how naive some people are regarding the Islamic threat to the world. What Zinn fails to understand(or fails to WANT to understand) is that any backing-off by the United States will be considered weakness by the Arabs/Islamists. If Bush does not act with extreme force and haste, it will be a huge victory for the enemy. All anyone has to do is look at what happened in Israel after they tried a peaceful (and generous) solution to the "Palestinian" issue --over 2 years of Israelis being murdered by an enemy who thought they were weak. Hussein, (and most every other Arab/Islamist) is cut from the same terrorist cloth, and wouldn't think twice about unleashing whatever they have in their arsenal at America's weakness.
