Your continual defense of Islam and assertion that it is a religion of peace and does not foster violence is a total sham and an insult to anyone who has an awareness to current affairs and history of the world and even more so to those who have lost children, wives and husbands, attributable to the ideology of Islam. There are well over thirty conflicts occurring in the world today, including conflicts in Iraq, Sudan, Indonesia and Asia and many other nations and each and everyone involves Muslims.

Iraq in particular is an excellent example of peaceful Islam; Muslim terrorists killing innocent Muslims and blaming US armed forces. Far more Muslims have been murdered by Muslim terrorists in Iraq than those killed by the armed forces of the US. From 623 AD to the present, Muslims have perpetrated hundreds of wars and conflicts, over 80 between 623 Ad and 677 AD. And yet you have the temerity to declare Islam a religion of peace. You sir, are not the face of Islam and one peaceful Muslim does not define or characterize a religion. From 1993 to 2004, excluding Muslim deaths in Iraq, over 4000 people have died as a result of Islamic terrorism. Muhammad was a terrorist and the Qur'an is a book that encourages and sanctions violence, yet according to you, Islam is a religion of peace.

Why did Muslims bomb the subway in London, where Muslims have lived in peace for years and have been allowed to peacefully perpetuate their culture and religion? Why the bombings in Spain, in Beslan and in Bali? What religion sanctions the murder of children as in Beslan? Before 9/11, many people may have accepted Islam as a peaceful religion, but not anymore. This is sheer madness, the world is soaked in violence, much of it perpetrated by Muslims and you are rushing about declaring that Islam is a religion of peace and bleating that you are offended because we will not accept your pious words. As a spokesman for Islam, may I suggest that you take your defense of Islam to the relatives of those that died on 9/11, to the parents of the children that were murdered in Beslam, to the families of those who died in Bali and the thousands of others who have been devastated by peaceful Muslims following the edicts of the blessed Qur'an.
