Daniel Pipes I totally disagree with you. Truth is absolute. There is only one version of truth. Truth is not relative and opened to manipulation by people for whatever motives. If you can change the truth of the Bible (or any other religious 'truth') for whatever reason or motives than its not worth believing in that truth or they say "not worth the paper its written on". In this case why don't we write a new Bible and another religious book and start a new religion - only remember to mark the version number down in case we want to revise it in future ... The Truth (ver 1)...... The Truth (ver 2). ...
