Dude you totally missed the point. No one is trying to excuse what Breivik did. What he did was inexcusable. What people are doing is trying to understand the cause of his actions.

With Islam the causes are fairly easy to see, and fairly uniform between individuals. Breivik, coming from the a different ideological perspective, is new and therefore requires explanations (not to be confused with excuses) in order to understand why he did what he did.

Start paying attention to what people are actually saying and maybe you won't be offended so often.
