Moderate Islam where?

I like and even admire Daniel Piles, however, it is time he drops his mantra that "moderate Islam is the solution." What the heck and where is "moderate Islam"? Islam is Islam, and there is no such a thing as "moderate Islam". Only very few, like Zuhdi Jasser and Dr. Tawfik Hamid, but they are two against over one billion Moslems. One exception is the Moslem state Azerbaijan that has strong relations with Israel since 1992. Azerbaijan is one of the few majority Moslem countries to develop bilateral strategic and economic relations with Israel.
