All this Islamophobic rhetoric, and in the end, the killer targeted the Norwegian Government and her people. Not any Muslims. Despite this 'manifesto', the killer saw fit to massacrel non-Muslims rather than attack the alleged objects of his resentment. Lone attacks can only be considered 'lone' when they are not done in the name of a common cause. i.e., ISLAM
