Of course, that is why the Dubai bank has recently issued a norm asking all their female employees, muslim and non-muslim, to "take the personal choice" of wearing the abaya. Of course they can take "the personal choice" of not wearing it and be fired. It is not so bad really, if we allow people like you to run the world, those of us with a "personal choice" not to wear hijab would be stoned to dead. Thank God (not Allah certainly) for small favours.

Stop the BS, we do not buy it.
