Why West is confused about Islamic Hijab?Reader comment on item: Ban the Burqa - and the Niqab Too Submitted by Hammad AlQadri (Pakistan), Oct 24, 2007 at 17:47 If anyone in West have any confusion & fear about Hijab & Islam he don't need to further confuse himself by trying to understand the Islamic culture & Middle Eastern culture, just approach the native women in West who converted to Islam, women of every walk of life a housewife, a working women, a formerly club dancer, a formerly prostitute, women of any part of western society in US or Europe & ask them what was their life before Islam & what is their life after Islam & you will find the ground realities yourself. that's why Islam is the fastest growing religion in the West & why the significant number of them are women.
