Where did all those Muslims come from?

Reader comment on item: Assessing Obama's Cairo Speech

The faulty history and appeasing words that spew out of the mouth of a taqiya practicing individual do not suprise me, nor the lack of understanding by most of my fellow Americans, who just think that if they keep their head in the sand all will be well.

The only thing that continually amazes me is the incredibly rapid growth of the Muslim population of the world. Seems that just 3 or 4 years ago there were approximately 1.2 billion Muslims worldwide, yet today, there are now 1.5 billion! Where do these numbers come from? Constant repetition of a lie will make it true, Communism showed us that, which is why the Soviet Union is the pre-eminent wordl power today..... Oh, never mind. I'll just go submit to the inevitable now and pay my jiziyah.

Submitting....
