While one may take exception to your definition of "moderate" as it pertains(?) to Muslims, let me, as a Muslim, be clear that in general, the practice/application of many virtuous principles of Islam is not as applied by Muslims - most especially governmental leadership - as it should or could be - and there is evidence abound to support such...
However, it seems clear that most overly/inaccurately critical perspectives of Islam and.or Muslims hardly harbor an interest to see or even encourage more honesty/devoutness but instead rail about assumptive mental states and other various insults to fan flames of bigotry, anger, and fear...One would think that we get enough of that on cable...
