The fact is that Muslims who are in the United States with the ulterior motive of undermining our system can cry "foul" and fall back on our own legal system to seek protection against "religious discrimination."
Our own open door policy has unfortunately been abused for many years and has left our citizens vulnerable to the growing influence of an ideology that wants to undermine the American system.
The suggestions given to our government officials to deal with militant Islamic groups in the U.S. are well and good, but why was this problem not detected a long time ago? We are facing a different kind of ideology that is deeply embedded in or country and in our system - Is it too late to deal with it?
Thank you,
Mike Ramirez
