The Bush family friendship with the Saudis is the reason why his admin. doesn't properly focus its war aims against "miltant' Islam. To do that would immediately force his admin. to look at that relationship. If Saudi Arabia had no oil it wouldn't be a problem. The irony of this so called war is that we are avoiding facing facts that the enemy is our friend. As the old saying goes and here it literally applies ,"with friends like these who needs enemies?"
