Dear Prof Pipes,
I wonder how a non-citizen like Semi Osman could be employed in the US Army? In India no non-Indian is employed in govt. services including defence services. I get the impression that the prisoners are taken care of by Imams in the USA and the UK. Why the Christian clergy cannot take this responsibility?
