French islamologistReader comment on item: [Brandon Mayfield and] Preempt Terrorists, Or Not? Submitted by jennifer solis (United States), Oct 30, 2007 at 00:01 Hello A.M Delcambre, I am curious about your statement, "It is clear that Islam itself is the big problem". I agree, based on: The fact that Islam promises "paradise" to those who kill infidels. The best Muslims can come up with to counter that is they believe it's no longer applicable. Islam forced conversion at the point of the sword. Muslims appreciate freedom and security in democratic countries, but they are not willing to stand up against the radical Islam elements in those same countries. Why is it, A.M Delcambre, you personally make the comment, "Islam itself is the big problem"? I am curious to hear what a French islamologist has to say! Cordially, Jennifer Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
