First of all, those who decry preemption, I wonder what they were doing up to and including September 10, 2001? A leopard does not change its spots. Secondly, if it waddles like a duck, quacks like a duck, and has a bill like a duck - it is a duck. For there is a lot to point to Brandon Mayfield being as dangerous as typhoid Mary.
