The same way to change darkness to light - change has to come within. This is the most effective, most labour intensive way to deal with the very real situation you described. I suppose start with the Virgin Mary, and then take the attentive Muslim down a different path by pointing to what the Virgin Mary regarded as true. For instance that her son is more than a good man or prophet. I hope you had a good Church New Year, as well as blessed feast days of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, and the Elevation of the Life Giving Cross.
