Is it just I? Is it really true that some of our judges do not perceive that we are in World War IV? Some of them act as though they want us to experience another attack like that of 11 September 2001. Prevention is much better than cure in regard to health and disease and prevention of terrorist attacks would seem to be better than waiting for an attack to occur before taking any action, especially since attacks can be so much more devastating now than ever before in the past. A nuclear blast in one of our cities would make 11 September look trivial.
