Pride comes before the fall

Hi there, I am from Europe and when I read all the comments I just thought "Pride comes before the fall". I mean if you have a close look at the past of the world you will come to find that almost every country had its days when it ruled a huge part of the world. The romans ruled Europe for some time... the Germans ruled Europe for some time... the britains did and the french also.. But if you look closely you will realize that they all failed. They all lost their power and strenght. What does that say about america? I think that america will also "fail"... maybe in 50 years.. maybe in 100... maybe in 1000. Its just a matter of time until a new country will hold the title of "world power". The sad thing is that if america is about to lose that title one day they will maybe destroy the whole world at the same time (hi atomic war).
