"Why it is taking so long to the US to widely adopt Ethanol?"

That's a good question. In Sweden they mix up to 30-40% ethanol with gasoline (E 95; E98). But ethanol is available at few filling stations. They have told me that some minor changes could replace today's engine with 100% ethanol-driven ones. This is not done and probaby won't be ever done as not only the Saudis grow fat on oil and want no ethanol diet. The Saudis are bad , their Western allies and fellow-travellers aren't much better as far as "fundamentals" are concerned. Together they are a formidable enemy.
