By giving them a voice before Congress you give them legitimacy. There is a tacit framework of assumptions that the American people want our government to confine themselves to. Pipes referred to decades of polls to establish this pro-Israel assumption. Do we want to consider the anarchist's perspective with each bill passed? How about the neo-Nazi's? This is a good thing, lawmakers need to stay focused because most of them have attention deficit disorder.

Engage them in the media and at the university level, not in Congress.
