"Incident"?

Jumping Jehosophat, that in itself gives away the whole can of worms that follows.

Israel posses weapons of mass destruction today and the means to deliver them, ... and yet Bush is planning an attack on Iraq, which has no weapons of mass destruction, and if it had the weapons, Iriaq has no means of delivering them.
