"The Truth Shall Set Us Free"

Reader comment on item: The Liberty Incident: The 1967 Israeli Attack on the U.S. Spy Ship

Submitted by Rev. Gary F. Taylor, Dr. Min. (United States), Nov 2, 2002 at 20:13

It is my hope as well as the hope of others that the truth concerning the unprovoked attack on our United States Ship, USS Liberty finally be told. The government of Israel as well as the government of our United States should be held accountable for more than 30 years of lies and deception to the families of our sailors and all Americans who deserve the truth. That is the key word here, TRUTH. Let it be so.
