"The Day Israel Attacked America" airing Friday on TV gives proof beyond a doubt Israel knew the ship was American

Reader comment on item: The Liberty Incident: The 1967 Israeli Attack on the U.S. Spy Ship

Submitted by Jerry Robinson (United States), Nov 12, 2014 at 18:09

"The Day Israel Attacked America" airing Friday Nov 14, 2014 broadcasts for the first time ever the audio exchanges in Hebrew between Israeli ground control and the Israeli pilots. At least 3 times ground control is told the ship is American, but ground control orders the pilot to attack the ship. An argument takes place when the pilot reminds his superiors again the ship is American. Ground control confirms the order and the pilot is forced to obey. 10p EDT /7p EDT Friday Nov 14, 2014 on al-Jezeera America on cable TV.
