Metal detectors on the Temple Mount and in Mecca

There is a big difference between the acceptance of metal detectors in Mecca and the rejection of metal detectors on the Temple Mount. The Palestinians are protesting against the "Zionist metal detectors", that is, they are protesting against the right of the Israelis to force them to go through metal detectors because to do so would be a sign of submission to Jews which is absolutely forbidden by Allah in the Koran.
