I'm glad you think you've got a plan. Europe seems to need a plan nowadays. I don't think the French reaction to the Paris attacks constitutes a coherent plan. The Russians, the Iranians, Hamas, Israel, Turkey, France, the US, Saudi Arabia, Egypt... everyone seems to be fighting someone; but nobody seems to have any idea what side they're on. It's like watching a whole field of dogs, all yipping, barking and groanling, and chasing one another's tails.
