Patronize, Invest and Support - as opposed to BDS

Reader comment on item: Middle East Provocations and Predictions

Dear Daniel Pipes,

I'm rather surprised that you have no article or blog on the BDS ("Boycott, Divest and Sanction") movement, which aims to deligitimise Israel and expounds the alleged victimhood of the Palestinian "national" movement.

And so, since this article involves the Middle East, of which Israel is an extremely important part, I though it important, and useful, to draw your attention to the following article:

"Shaked gives European ministers lists of anti-Israel NGOs they fund"

It shows that various EU countries donate government funds that apparently engage the deligitimizing, BDS anti-Israel movement: "Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions." I would like to start an opposite movement, in support of Israel, which I would call, "Patronize, Invest and Support" or "PIS" for short (pun intended); but that's different, but related, issue.

What important is that Shaked explicitly list the Six (6) non-govermental organizations which, apparently unknowingly, the European government fund. Theese are the following:

1. Breaking the Scilence

2. Bimkom

3. Hamoked

4. Applied Research Institute Jerusalem

5. Agricultural Relief Committees

6. Al-Haq
