To be sure, the Syrian 'dilemma' has reach a new high (or low, dependent upon one's perspective) and the Russian incursion speak to a radically charged paradigm from which there will be limited survivors. The latest from Ankara does present a separate dilemma in that NATO has barked to Turkey's threat.

Then there is the Golan, which Syria's claim is not settled yet; and does Russia now take on Syria's claim, now that there 'might be oil(?), a hook to purported other intentions?' What conclusion shall we draw now?

Be that as it may, the 'Palestinian' question drew another breath of hatred and it appears another intifada is in its beginning strokes. PM Netanyahu has stiffened his resolve yet again and this one is not going to go easy into that stifling night.

Which button is the catalyst, which button indeed..........
