How come the leaders of ISIS call their "state" The caliphate or the Islamic state?

Logic dictates that there must be doctrines in Islam that these leaders are following and logic therefore dictates that only Muslims should be the ones to expose such doctrines and declare them as UnIslamic once for all

Obama? he should stop being a theologian and an apologist for Muslims and Islam and be a real leader
