Al Sisi Against Rape Victim Blame

I recently read an article by Ashraf Ramalleh, head of Voice of the Copts, who said that Al Sisi visited a rape victim in the hospital and brought her flowers. He thus breaks with the usual Sharia custom of blaming the rape victim. Egypt progresses.
