Incest a Western problem?

Reader comment on item: Strange Sex Stories from the Muslim World
in response to reader comment: unfair judgement

How can you compare Muslim countries with the west when it comes to incest? Approximately 70% of marriages in Saudi Arabia are between blood relatives of 1st cousin or closer. The same for the UAE and other gulf states. Egypt is around 30% and Pakistan around 50%.

Inbreeding and Incest is a huge problem in most Muslim countries. Oh I forgot, in Islam if you are married its OK.
