Again strange comments - throwing light on a very disturbed brain behind them. I mean there is lack of coherence and then there is complete intelligibility.

"istilam means receiving and not receipt and wasl/isal istilam means the paper receipt of receiving."

Still the sam easy lies . . . .nothing has changed. Sad. However according to Arabs Arabic Scholars and their dictionaries the above is simply incorrect.
