No Sovereign State of Palestine

Reader comment on item: The Motives Behind Palestinian Leader's Effort to Gain Statehood at U.N.
in response to reader comment: Necessity of Two States for Two Peoples for the Survival of Israel

"...a violation of human rights"?

Horrors! A Muslim would not dream of such a thing - witness, for example, as he hacks you to pieces with a machete. Notwithstanding Alan Dershowitz, for all his ability and my high regard, a Sovereign State of Palestine, with control of its skies, roads, and access to the Mediterranean is inconceivable, if Israel is to survive, and cannot possibly come into existence until and unless the Palestinians - first - have lived, substantially all of them, in peace for an extended period of time, say, 100 years.
