How to punish Muslims who behead non Muslims

Prisons along the lines of Guantanamo Bay in Cuba are the type of punishment sited to these primitive acts.Possibly the Western World should accept the Shria Law basis and meet out the same punishment to the perpetrators as the victim received.One can only envy the wisdom of the Japanese People in not allowing a single Muslim to become a citizen of their country.
